Meet the Team

  • Doug Wiles

    After working with several well-known outdoor industry companies for the past 25 years, Doug started Big Timber Outdoors to carry on his passion with his own line of top-quality affordable hunting products. Doug is married to his wife Paige and he has two children Hannah and Zach that also enjoy his passion for the great outdoors.

  • Ricky Joe Bishop

    Ricky Joe Bishop is a Two Time Grand National Turkey Calling Champion, World Champion Two Man Team Calling, US Open Calling Champion, Mid America Calling Champion, and a Four Time Georgia State Calling Champion. Ricky is an avid bow, deer, and turkey hunter for over 40 years.

  • Adam Vinatieri

    Adam Vinatieri is a future Hall-of-Famer and the NFL’s all-time leading scorer as well as a 4-time super bowl champion. Adam is an avid outdoorsman and when his busy schedule allows him, he enjoys chasing wild game all over the world. We are extremely humbled and proud to have Adam on our team.

  • Ben Wiles

    When Ben isn't busy running a successful business or trying to keep up with a very active family he enjoys spending his time in the woods chasing whitetails or longbeards.

  • Jim Baisden

    Jim is a longtime avid hunter who loves spending time in the timber chasing longbeards and whitetail deer. Jim resides in Rice Lake Wi and is a full-time firefighter and instructor.

  • Terry Hakes

    Terry lives in Cornell, WI. He enjoys bowhunting deer and hunting bear, though his favorite animal to hunt is turkeys. He lives for Spring to chase long-beards!
